How do I book a holiday with Alpes Maison?
Explore the properties and resorts, then send your preferred dates, group size and accommodation requirements to info@alpes-maison.com. Review the written proposal, including availability, the total price and booking terms. Follow the confirmation process in that proposal to reserve your stay.
Does sending an enquiry reserve a chalet?
No. An enquiry helps Alpes Maison understand your plans, but it does not hold a property or create a confirmed booking. Availability and the applicable reservation process must be confirmed in writing.
What is included in the rental price?
Inclusions vary. Confirm cleaning, linen, meals, staffing, local taxes, any security deposit and optional services in the quotation. Do not assume that transfers, ski passes, equipment hire or wellness treatments are included.
