Le Praz Chalet is a private Alpine retreat in Courchevel Le Praz for up to 14 guests. Seven bedrooms comprise four king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and a children’s bunk bedroom, complemented by eight bathrooms. Timber interiors, heated floors and a fireplace create a welcoming setting for family holidays and stays with friends. Unwind in the sauna, hammam or hot tub, then settle into the lounge or enjoy an evening in the home cinema. A games room, wine cellar or bar area, smart TVs and high-speed WiFi offer further ways to relax. The high-end kitchen supports self-catering stays, with a professional chef available as an optional extra. Daily housekeeping, concierge service and a welcome amenities package are included. The chalet offers direct ski-in/ski-out access, subject to snow conditions and piste/lift opening dates. Service arrangements and optional extras will be set out in your personalised quotation. Booking & stay information
Tourist tax: calculated separately in your quotation using local rates and guest exemptions.
Payment by bank transfer
After accepting your rental agreement, pay 50% of the accommodation total to receive written booking confirmation. The remaining 50%, tourist tax and EUR 1,500 refundable security deposit are collected together 14 days before arrival. For enquiries within 14 days of arrival, contact us for the payment arrangements before making a transfer.
Cleaning & linens included
Daily housekeeping, requested room cleaning, fresh bed linen and extra towels are included in your rental price. Contact our team to arrange the service. End-of-stay cleaning is included; please remove your belongings and leave the chalet reasonably tidy.
Refundable security deposit
Your EUR 1,500 deposit is separate from the rental price. If no deductions are required, it is returned within 14 calendar days of check-out. Any damage claim is documented with an itemised report and photographs within seven days. Normal wear is not charged. You may respond to a claim; any deduction and return arrangements follow your rental agreement.
Cancellation
Cancel in writing at least 120 hours before scheduled check-in for a full refund of payments made to Alpes Maison for the booking. Eligible refunds are issued within 14 calendar days. Later cancellations and no-shows: the accommodation price is non-refundable, subject to applicable law. The damage deposit is not a cancellation fee; taxes not due and unused amounts are handled under your agreement and applicable law.
House rules
No indoor smoking or vaping. Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00 local time. Occupancy must match your booking and cannot exceed 14 guests; overnight visitors and gatherings need written approval. Please care for the furnishings and report damage. Pets require prior written approval, with any charges agreed beforehand. Routine maintenance is arranged with permission and 24 hours’ notice; emergency access may be necessary for an immediate safety threat.

Ask us to confirm parking arrangements, vehicle restrictions and any charges before booking. The public map shows the village area; arrival instructions are shared privately. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00, local time.
